Lord of the Glens

The Lord of the Glens navigates the canals, lochs and coastal waters of our Highlands and Islands of Scotland cruises.

Overview

The triple-decked, 150-foot long Lord of the Glens boasts the sumptuousness of a classic luxury yacht: all-round teak decks, rich mahogany finishes and 27 luxury cabins.

The Lord of the Glens' lounge and lounge bar, located on the top deck, offer magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The elegant Robert Louis Stevenson dining room, lined with picture windows, serves first-class cuisine: a local bounty of fresh fish, poultry and meat. Villeroy Bosch cutlery and crockery together with the finest French crystal are de rigueur.

The Lord of the Glens is the only passenger vessel capable of navigating the inland waterways of the Caledonian Canal and the open sea. She operates an "open bridge" policy.

Cabins

All cabins are outside-facing with picture windows. They are furnished in mahogany and are fitted with en suite facilities including satellite television and individually controlled air-conditioning/heating.

There are three categories of cabin:

Category A cabins are located on the top or middle deck and have a picture window.

Category B cabins are located on the middle deck and have a picture window. Though still spacious, category B cabins are smaller than category A.

Category C cabins are on the lower deck and have (high level) port-hole windows.
