National Geographic Sea Bird
Offering guests the true adventure of expedition travel, the National Geographic Sea Bird is an expedition ship with the ambiance of a large private yacht.
Overview
The Sea Bird’s compact size allows her to negotiate shallow waters and draw close to secluded bays and coves, whilst her high-tech range of equipment (from underwater video cameras to Zodiac landing craft) is ideal for investigating the region’s wildlife at close quarters, whether it is breaching whales or bow-riding dolphins. She can access hard to reach locations not available to large cruise ships.
The Sea Bird is equipped with a library, a lounge with bar, an observation deck, a partially covered sun deck and a spa. She has 31 comfortable outside-facing cabins with private facilities (including climate control). Staff include natural history experts from National Geographic.

All cabins have windows and are attractively and comfortably furnished with lower berths, private bathrooms, reading lights, and individual climate control. There are three categories of cabin:
Category 1: Located on the main deck conveniently situated between the dining room and lounge, these cabins feature two single lower beds, a writing desk and a large view window.
Category 2: Well-located on the bridge deck and upper deck, these cabins include two single lower beds and a large view window.
